The Mouvement des Entreprises de France (Medef) has launched its campaign, standing by its vision of a concrete Europe of innovation and growth. In short, a powerful Europe that undertakes rather than a stagnant Europe that is distant from businesses, overregulates, and does not sufficiently integrate the realities of global competition. Medef first took a determined voice in the framework of the European elections nourished by businesses with an online consultation with its members. This was followed by a tour of the organisation’s leaders in several cities in France and a conference under the name REF Europe on 28 March. In April, the heads of the French list are invited to debate.
